-Renters should have Host liability insurance. No ticket sale events are permitted at the Cloverdale Hall.
-$750 rental fee for a Saturday night, end time 1:30am.
-Friday or Sunday rental fee is $650.-As of October 17/11, until Oct 17/12, the Hall is only available for rentals for Weddings or Christmas functions if are a member of the Cloverdale Community League. (advanced booked rentals will be honored.) The hall is booked for evening community programs every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening.

Hall Rental Discount Rules for Cloverdale Community League Members(CCL):
1. A CCL hall rental discount is given only to active community league members who are holding events at the hall for immediate family members or close friends such as weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties and the like. Events for CCL member's companies, clubs, or other organizations do not qualify for a hall rental discount.
2. An active community league member is defined as one who holds a past and a current community league membership...(see above) and has at any time contributed volunteer hours to the Cloverdale Community league.
3. An active community league member may utilize the hall lounge for small functions of twenty or less people free of charge. All cleanup must be done by the member.
4. No advance tickets or passes may be sold by the CCL member for events at the hall which have been granted the hall rental discount. If such occurs, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the CCL executive or it's appointed agent.
