Urban POLING CLUB
Tuesday mornings at 9:45
Meet at the hall for a one-hour local pole walk. If you need poles contact us.

Monday’s with Kim infuses elements of dance and ballet to achieve beautiful bodies while improving postural balance, flexibility, coordination and grace, with a combination of movements to challenge the core.
Thursdays with Cat focuses on muscle toning, endurance training and core, done to upbeat music.

Cost $40 for members, $150 for non-members. Includes jersey, socks and soccer ball.
Sportball offers a big variety of multi-sport and sport-specific weekly class programs designed to teach kids the gross motor skills they need to get in the game, including balance, stamina, strength, timing and coordination.

Hatha yoga focusing on relaxing, stretching, and strengthening poses. Instructions will also include chair yoga.
STRONG by Zumba
Thursdays - April 9th to June 11
(8 weeks, no class April 16 and May 28)
6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
STRONG is a high-intensity, interval tempo, 60 minute workout. It's a full-body, bodyweight workout that conditions your muscles with a combination of cardio and plyometric exercises. Unlike your traditional boot camp classes, the music is the heart of the workout, and every movement you do will be to the beat of the music. Be prepared for incredible results!
