Programs are Free to CCL members and have varying fees for non members.

BARRE CLASS

Thursdays

January January 8th 7-8pm

 

Less impact than a boot camp. It infuses elements of dance, and ballet, to achieve beautiful healthy bodies, while improving postural balance, flexibility, coordination, and grace.

SPORTBALL

Tuesdays

Sportball starting January 16th -10 week class 9:45- 10:30am 2-3.5 year olds Non member $132.00 and again at 6:00- 6:45pm for age 3.5-5 year olds Non member $132.00

Sportball offers a big variety of Multi-Sport and Sport-Specific weekly class programs designed to teach kids the gross motor skills they need to get in the game, including balance, stamina, strength, timing and coordination.

10-11:30 am.

Yoga class

Friday morning and Tuesday evenings ongoing

Starting January 12th 8-week class

9:45am to 10:45am 

Starting January 9th 8pm to 9pm 

 

Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
