Art Club starting February 6th from 2pm to 4pm
Bring your favourite art project and mingle with other local artists!
Experience the synergy and fellowship of joining other artists as you work on your own masterpiece. We welcome the novice to most experienced artist, working in watercolour, acrylic, and oil. An accomplished artist in all of these mediums will offer teaching assistance. Karen McFarlane has been teaching art for many years, and is now retired willing to host and co-ordinate this wonderful program.
Meets monthly on a Monday. 7:30pm to 9pm please refer to the calendar for the day.
NORDIC POLING CLUB
Tuesday morning at 9:45 to 11 am
Meet at the hall. If you need poles contact us and we can make arrangements for use of some.

Move to the oldies in this mixed-level class offering exercise for every body. cardio, strength (including core), balance and flexibility for a well-rounded, one-hour workout!

Less impact than a boot camp. It infuses elements of dance, and ballet, to achieve beautiful healthy bodies, while improving postural balance, flexibility, coordination, and grace.

Sportball offers a big variety of Multi-Sport and Sport-Specific weekly class programs designed to teach kids the gross motor skills they need to get in the game, including balance, stamina, strength, timing and coordination.
INDOOR PLAYING GROUP
Come and enjoy playtime at the hall! Indoor playgroup runs on Thursdays from 10-11:30 am.

Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
