Many programs are free to CCL members or have small fees. Varying fees for non members.

Art club with local artist Karen McFarlane
Wednesdays starting March 5 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Work on a project of your choosing. In the lounge.
Meets monthly on Mondays at 7:30 p.m.
Urban POLING CLUB
Tuesday mornings at 9:45
Meet at the hall for a one-hour local pole walk. If you need poles contact us.
All fitness levels welcome. Come join the fun!
PING PONG CLUB
Wednesdays from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Bring your inside runners and enjoy ping pong. Fun for all ages!
Wednesdays from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Bring your games and your friends. All ages welcome. Play in the hall or lounge. (Executive meetings once monthly in the lounge).
Garden club will be meeting on Sunday, April 14, 2019.

5:15 - 6 p.m. Zumba with your little one! Dance, sing and play with your little one!
Cost = $40 for Bundle supplies
Zumba Kids - Thursdays April 11 – June 6 (no class May 23)
6:15 - 7:00 p.m. Kids channel their energy into great dance moves.

Monday’s with Kim infuses elements of dance and ballet to achieve beautiful bodies while improving postural balance, flexibility, coordination and grace, with a combination of movements to challenge the core.
Thursdays with Cat focuses on muscle toning, endurance training and core, done to upbeat music.

Sportball offers a big variety of multi-sport and sport-specific weekly class programs designed to teach kids the gross motor skills they need to get in the game, including balance, stamina, strength, timing and coordination.

Hatha yoga focusing on relaxing, stretching, and strengthening poses. Instructions will also include chair yoga.
Adult Learn to Dance
with International Ballroom dancer Cecilia.
Sundays - April 14 - June 9 (no class May 19)
7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
One hour lesson, plus optional 1/2-hour practice. Line dance warm-up. Learn popular dances, including jive, cha-cha, rumba, waltz, foxtrot, tango, quickstep for Standards. Partners not necessary. Learn the basics, and attend real dances together.
HIIT - HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
Tuesdays - April 9 - June 4 (8 weeks, no class May 21)
6:15 - 7:15 p.m.
High Intensity Interval Training Keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Enjoy quick intense bursts of exercise with active rest breaks.
