NORDIC POLING CLUB
Tuesday mornings at 9:45
Meet at the hall for a one-hour local pole walk. If you need poles contact us.
All fitness levels welcome. Come join the fun!
PING PONG CLUB
Wednesdays from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Bring your inside runners and enjoy ping pong.

Less impact than a boot camp, barre infuses elements of dance, and ballet, to achieve beautiful healthy bodies, while improving postural balance, flexibility,and coordination. Bring a pair of light dumbbells and a yoga mat. Athletic shoes and light comfy clothing should be worn, and Bring water for hydration!

Cost $154 non-members. Sportball offers a big variety of Multi-Sport and Sport-Specific weekly class programs designed to teach kids the gross motor skills they need to get in the game, including balance, stamina, strength, timing and coordination.
