Below are our fall 2019 clubs and programs.
Many programs are free to CCL members or have small fees. Fees for non members vary.

Urban POLING CLUB

Tuesdays, 9:45AM

Meet at the hall for a one-hour local pole walk. If you need poles contact us. All fitness levels welcome. Come join the fun!

PING PONG CLUB

Wednesdays, 7-9PM

Bring your inside runners and enjoy ping pong. Any skill level and any age.
Starts September 18.

CO-ED BARRE CLASS

Mondays with Kim Ashely, AFLCA instructor
Less impact than a boot camp. This class infuses elements of dance and ballet to achieve beautiful, healthy bodies, while improving postural balance, flexibility, coordination, and grace. A pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat are required. Athletic shoes and light comfy clothing should be worn.
7-8PM
Runs from September 16 to November 18, (eight weeks, no class on September 23, October 7, November 11).

Thursdays with Cat Lam, AFLCA instructor
A pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat are required. Athletic shoes and light comfy clothing should be worn. Cat focuses on muscle toning, endurance training and core. Workout to upbeat music.
8-9PM
Runs from September 5 to October 24.

Thursdays with Cat Lam, AFLCA instructor
A pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat are required. Athletic shoes and light comfy clothing should be worn. Bring along water for hydration.
8-9PM

Zumbini

Mondays with Mariela, certified Zumba instructor
Zumba with your preschool child! Dance, sing and play with your little one!
5:15-6PM
Runs from September 9 to October 28 (no class September 23 or October 7). *$35 for supplies

Zumba kids

Thursdays with Mariela. Kids channel their energy into great dance moves
Ages four to seven
6:15-7PM
Runs from September 12 to November 7 (eight weeks, no class Halloween). 

Zumba juniors

Thursdays with Mariela. Kids channel their energy into great dance moves to learn weekly song routines. Older and experienced children.
7-7:45PM
Runs September 12 to November 7 (eight weeks, no class Halloween). 

Adult Social and Line Dance

Sundays with International Ballroom dancer Cecilia.
An hour for teaching and optional half-hour practice after for those who want to stay. The popular dances taught will be jive, cha-cha, rumba for Latins and waltz, foxtrot, tango, quickstep for Standards. Partners will be optional. The main thing is to learn good basics so after a few lessons and practices, we can attend real dances together. Line dance warm up exercise.
7:30-8:30PM
Runs from September 8.

 

SPORTBALL

  • For preschool children. Sportball offers a big variety of multi-sport and sport-specific weekly class programs designed to teach kids the gross motor skills they need to get in the game, including balance, stamina, strength, timing and coordination. 

    Tuesday Mornings, September 10 - October 22

  • 9:15-9:45AM, for ages 16-months to two-year-olds;

  • 9:45-10:30AM, for ages two to three-and-a-half;

  • 10:30-11:30AM, for ages three-and-a-half to five.

    Cost is free for members, $119 non-members.

    Evenings, same dates as above, for kids from two to seven.

  • 5-5:45PM, for ages two to three-and-a-half

  • 5:45-6:45PM, for ages three-and-a-half to five

  • 6:45-7:45PM, for ages five to seven.

Drop in with your preschooler for coffee, toys, and socializing.

Yoga

Fridays

9:45-10:45AM

*Bring a yoga mat and wear yoga clothing .

Hatha yoga focusing on relaxing, stretching, and strengthening poses. Instructions will also include chair yoga.

 


new programS/NIGHTS!

STRONG by Zumba

Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30PM

STRONG is a high-intensity, interval tempo, 60 minute workout. It's a full-body, bodyweight workout that conditions your muscles with a combination of cardio and plyometric exercises. Unlike your traditional boot camp classes, the music is the heart of the workout, and every movement you do will be to the beat of the music. Be prepared for incredible results!

Crib and Pub Night

Third Sunday night of each month, 7-9:30PM

Bring your gameboard and beverage of choice. If crib is not your game feel free to come with your selection.
